At Centennial Vapor Store, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)
For sanitary and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once opened or leaving our facility:
- E-liquids, vape juice, and nic salts (even if unopened)
- Disposable vapes
- Replacement coils, pods, and cartridges
- Drip tips and replacement glass
2. Hardware Returns (Defective Items Only)
We offer a 14-day return window for defective hardware devices (mods, batteries, and starter kits) starting from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must have a manufacturing defect (e.g., auto-firing, failure to turn on). Physical damage due to drops, water damage, or improper charging is not covered.
- You must possess the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The product must include all original packaging, components, and manuals to verify authenticity.
3. Unopened Hardware
Unopened and sealed hardware may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or refund, provided it is in its original, pristine condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If you believe you have received a defective item within the 14-day warranty period, please bring the item and original receipt to our physical store, or contact our customer support team online for further instructions.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
